Whether it is a family adventure, a fishing holiday or simply a chance to unwind outdoors, the setting is ideal for exploring the region on foot, by bike or on the water.
Treens Camping has long been a popular destination among anglers from Sweden and across Europe. Located by Lake Treen in the small village of Fredros, the campsite enjoys a peaceful location surrounded by forests, lakes and open meadows. Many of the camping pitches are situated just a few metres from the water.
The campsite offers around 50 electric pitches for caravans and motorhomes, as well as tent pitches without electricity. Motorhome pitches with electricity are located close to the campsite’s reception area and parking facilities.
Guests have access to a service building with showers, a shared kitchen, laundry facilities and a chemical toilet disposal station.
Eight fully equipped lakeside cabins are also available in various sizes. Each cabin features a kitchen, shower and WC, as well as its own terrace and jetty overlooking the lake. The larger cabins include a traditional wood-fired sauna.
Activities for the Whole Family
The area surrounding Treens Camping offers plenty of outdoor activities throughout the year. Explore Lake Treen by canoe, stand-up paddleboard or boat, enjoy a swim from the jetty, or discover the scenic hiking trails that wind through the forests around Fredros. Some trails begin directly from the campsite.
The surrounding waters are well known for their excellent fishing opportunities, attracting both beginners and experienced anglers. Canoes and boats are available for hire on site.
