Discover Värmlandsnäs
Värmlandsnäs is one of Värmland's most archaeologically rich regions. Ancient rock carvings and burial grounds bear witness to thousands of years of human history, while Millesvik Church, dating back to the 12th century, reflects the area's rich medieval heritage.
A historic pilgrimage route to Nidaros in Norway passes through Värmlandsnäs from the islands of Lurö. Signposted trails from Ekenäs make it easy to follow sections of this historic route and explore the surrounding landscape.
Welcome to the tranquillity of Lake Vänern, the beauty of nature and the unique surroundings of Värmlandsnäs.
