Sagaliden. En liten plats

This lovely little place is located next to Lake Storsjön in Hälsingland, surrounded by cultural landscapes, footpaths and hiking trails.

At Sagaliden you can stay one night or longer – simple or homely. There are small cottages, log cabins, pitches and a tepee available to rent. In the main building there are showers, toilets, a meeting room, lobby, library, roof terrace, greenhouse and wood-fired sauna. Adjacent to the main building there is an outdoor area for washing up, outdoor shower, hot tub, laundry room and fireplace. A hundred-metre-long sandy beach and jetties to swim from in Lake Storsjön. Rowing boats, canoes, Stand Up Paddle Boards and life jackets are available for guests to borrow.

Accomodation

There are three small, modern cottages available for rent. The cottages are 40 m² and have two bedrooms, each with two beds, a toilet/shower and a small hall with a well-equipped kitchenette. Each cottage has a small patio with its own wooden deck and a view of Lake Storsjön.

There are 15 pitches available for motorhomes, beautifully situated next to Lake Storsjön. There are individual wooden decks for 13 of the pitches; the other 2 have grass in place of a wooden deck. All the pitches include electricity, free Wi-Fi and access to the service area in the main building. Directly adjacent to the pitches is a sun jetty with an outdoor shower, as well as a beach and sauna. There are facilities for emptying grey water and latrines as well as waste sorting available on site.

Four older basic log cabins of different sizes are also available for rent. The cabins are set over one or two floors and each sleeps between 2 and 4 people. The cabins have no running water. There is access to toilets, showers and a sauna in the main building next door. There is a small patio outside the houses. There is also a spacious tepee with space for 4-6 people.

Accommodation includes free Wi-Fi and access to all the facilities at Sagaliden. A wood-fired sauna and hot tub are available to book
