Stenö Havsbad & Camping

Stenö is a scenic family campsite with a high level of service and many activities. The campsite is located in a beautiful archipelago environment on a peninsula with a long, child-friendly sandy beach on the south side and dog swimming on the north side.

You will never be bored here – we have a wide range of activities for young and old. There is a sauna for hire, kayaks, canoes, minigolf, volleyball courts, playgrounds, nearby fishing, cycle hire, boat hire, leader-led children’s activities at Stenö Kids Club and organised excursions such as cycle rides to a ‘Hälsingegård’ (Hälsingland farmhouse) and boat trips to one of the islands in our beautiful archipelago.

Stenö is a scenic area for outdoor life and includes Stenöorn Nature Reserve. We have a beautiful nature trail around the grounds and a natural-historic cycleway from Stenö to Söderhamn along the coastal road with lovely views and interesting information on the history of the sawmill epoch.

Stenö is located in the Municipality of Söderhamn, which was named Outdoor Municipality of the Year 2014.

Guests staying with us receive a discount at Stenö Kids Club.

In the autumn season, we give a 40% discount on the cottages Monday-Thursday.

In the summer, we have the popular live theatre ‘Sjörövarmysteriet på Stenö’ (Pirate Mystery on Stenö) to entertain all the family.
