Hultsfred Strandcamping

Far from the stress and bustle, there is a shallow lake which is just the right size. Close to this lake is an attractive little campsite called Hultsfreds campsite. On this campsite is an open-air restaurant, after-hours supermarket, miniature golf course and a "nice and friendly" staff. Barbecue evenings. There are also campsite cottages on this little campsite, service centres and everything that belongs on a three-star campsite.

Just a stone's throw away is Hultsfred's local history park with a history which stretches back many tens of years in time and right up to today's Hultfred Festival with everything that entails from little local peculiarities to great world-famous celebrities.

Astrid Lindgren is a writer well known to us all. She has found a great deal of inspiration for her children's books in the forests and country in the neighbouring districts of Hultsfred and Vimmerby (approximately 15 min), which were successfully captured by Astrid Lindgren, her stories and characters in a wonderfully attractive fashion.

Hultsfred and environs have a large number of fishing lakes and one of them is Stora Hammarsjön where there are also game fish. The lake is less than approximately 5 min from Hultsfred campsite.

Stora Hammarsjön's real enthusiasts have seen to it that the lake is accessible by wheelchair so that as many people as possible can see and experience

it.
