Köpingbaden Camping

Köpingbaden is the first campsite you come across when you arrive in Köpingsvik. It´s a small family campsite with 150 pitches, of which 35 are intended for tents. When you stay with at Köpingbaden you are only a stone’s throw away from one of Öland’s nicest and most child-friendly beaches with white sand and shallow waters.

You can find everything you need right here without having to leave the campsite. There is a convenience store, pizzeria and restaurant Sinus with its unique location right on the beach. Evenings can be spent enjoying the sunset with a glass of wine in hand on the newly built large veranda, while listening to one of the many musical entertainment acts offered in summer.

If sitting still in the sun makes you restless there are many activities to choose from, such as a water slide open daily, volleyball, boules or you can challenge your best friend to a game of tennis. In summer 2013 a new Viking-themed adventure course was built which was an immediate hit; you simply have to try it!

Hire a bicycle and explore the areas surrounding Köpingsvik or take a trip into the summer metropolis of Borgholm and visit one of the nightclubs. Or you can just sit in the harbour and enjoy an ice cream as the sun sets slowly into the sea.

Our Cottages
The campsite offers three types of cottages in a range of prices and standards. From basic cabins without running water to fully equipped cottages with sea views, kitchen, shower and WC. Try our modern newly built 4+2-bed cottages with wood burning stove. Or why not the smaller 2-bed cottages in a unique secluded location with their own sandy beach and small private lot? Double bed in the bedroom with windows facing the sea. Pets welcome in some of our cottages.
