Arkösunds Camping

Arkösunds Camping has several accommodation options. For those who prefer to bring their own accommodation, there are plenty of pitches available, and those who prefer to stay in a cottage have a variety of styles to choose from. There are four-bed cottages equipped with two bunk beds, a loft cottage with a sofa bed in the living room, two single beds and the option of an extra bed in the loft, as well as a two-bed cottage by the lake.

Services and facilities
Guests at Arkösunds Camping have access to a well-equipped service building with toilets, showers, and a kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine.

In the kiosk you can buy ice creams, drinks, a range of basic foods and technical goods as well as simple barbecue dishes.

Things to see and do
At the campsite you can play boules, let the children play in the playground and enjoy the lovely swimming area next to it.

There’s plenty to discover in the area, including an excellent fishing location, swimming from cliffs or sandy beaches, and kayaking and hiking in nature. There are many beautiful stretches along the Östgötaleden trail, with Arkösund as a perfect starting point.

During the summer, Arkösund offers a number of activities, including music evenings with live performances. For families with children, a visit to Kolmården Wildlife Park and The World of Bamse is only 45 minutes from the campsite.

Norrköping is only 40 minutes away, and there you will find a rich variety of activities and tourist destinations. Nyköping is within 80 km, and you can reach Stockholm in just under two hours.
