Saxnäs Camping is more than just a place to stay. Enjoy a stay by the sea, with easy access to beaches, nature and the convenience of nearby city life. Whether you are planning a full summer holiday, a spontaneous weekend on Öland or a short stop along the way, Saxnäs is the perfect place to relax and unwind

In spring, the area is calm and filled with blooming wood anemones. Summer brings a lively atmosphere with plenty of activities, while autumn invites you to slow down and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Saxnäs changes with the seasons, offering a unique experience from spring through autumn.

Find your perfect stay
Choose the accommodation that suits you best. There are around 500 spacious pitches for motorhomes, caravans and tents, as well as 52 fully equipped cabins and mobile homes. The cabins range from 16 to 40 square metres and accommodate up to five guests. Each unit includes a private bathroom with shower and toilet, a kitchenette and a furnished outdoor area.

Activities
During your stay, you can enjoy dining at the on-site restaurant and evening entertainment with quizzes and live music. Unwind and rent the wood-fired sauna or treat yourself to a soothing massage.

In summer, from week 24 to 35, a large pool area is open with a 25-metre swimming pool and a children’s pool. The pool bar is open from week 25 to 33 and serves refreshing ice cream, food and drinks.

From week 26 to 32, a variety of fitness activities are available, including yoga, water aerobics, tabata, running sessions and outdoor gym workouts.

For children, there is plenty to do, including mini golf, a BMX track, jumping pillow and a summer club. They can play in the clubhouse, take part in hobby horse activities, rent pedal cars and enjoy both the sea and fun entertainment.

In the area
There is plenty to explore in the surrounding area. Öland Zoo and Amusement Park is just two kilometres away and is a popular destination for families. Saxnäs Golf, with its 18-hole course, is within walking distance. You will also find charming local farm shops nearby, as well as shopping in Borgholm and Kalmar. For culture and history, visit attractions such as Eketorps Fortress, Kalmar Castle, Borgholm Castle and Ottenby Bird Observatory with the lighthouse Långe Jan.
