Stocken Camping

Stocken Camping is a quiet and scenic campsite close to the charming fishing village of Stocken. At Stocken camping you can stay in your tent, caravan or motorhome, and for those who do not bring their own accommodation, there are holiday homes and cottages available to rent.
The site has 134 pitches with electricity, pitches for tents, 19 cottages and 3 holiday homes. You can also find pretty much anything you might need in the well-stocked Handlar’n shop. There are also public chargerposts for electric cars.
By the sandy beach
Down by the sandy beach there is a sauna where you can also take a dip in the sea when it gets too hot. Along the cliffside by the beach there is both a sundeck and a swimming jetty. On the campsite grounds there is the Stocken restaurant as well as Orust Kayak, which has kayaks to buy and rent. Otherwise, why not enjoy a game of boules or mini-golf?
Stocken Camping is ideally located for day trips to Käringön and Gullholmen – you’ll also find lots of other ideas for things to do at our tourist information office. During peak season there’s a football school and kids’ club for young guests. For those interested in golf, Orust Golf Club is about 8 km away.
We also organize traditional Midsummer celebrations together with the local Stocken Association.

Location
On Orust: turn off route 160 Varekil onto route 178 towards Ellös. Follow signs to Stocken Camping.
Cabins
Right on the tip of West Orust your find our different types of cottages for rent. We offer both smaller cabins without WC/shower as well as fully equipped cottages with shower, WC, kitchen, microwave, TV etc. Some of the cottages enjoy wonderful views and some allow pets.
