In the village of Hammarstrand, you will find Hammarstrands Camping, beautifully situated and open all year round. The campsite is located in Ragundadalen, between Östersund and Sundsvall.

As a guest at Hammarstrands Camping, you can expect a peaceful stay. You can come here to enjoy the peace and nature. Here you have access to a renovated, clean service building with free hot showers and a large kitchen. You can easily take care of your laundry with their washing machine and dryer, empty your toilet and fill it with clean water.

On the days you don't feel like cooking, you can eat on the terrace or bring your meal to your accommodation. You can also order sandwiches or breakfast for the following morning. 

The entire range of Swedish nature - all year round
The campsite is in the middle of nature, with a fantastic view next to the river Indalsälven and the harmony of the forest on the other side. 

You can walk from the campsite to the river for a refreshing swim or explore the river and the surroundings in a rented canoe. There is also a fishing spot and several barbecue areas on the campsite that you can use for free.

Even during the winter, there is plenty to do; snowmobiles, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing and ice-fishing. Here you have access to experience the entire range of Swedish nature.

You can also rent a Nordic Spa with a hot tub, sauna, and grill cabin at the campsite.

From the campsite, you are close to Döda Fallet and the Thai Pavilion, which is worth visiting.
